The Services provided by Cellate are:
- Project Development - Project Inception and Development which is primarily focused on master planning, overall detailed design, cost planning and authority interface.
- Engineering & Design - A separate structure design team specializing in fiber steel concrete design, detailing and innovative technologies not only for the housing precast units but for use also in seawalls, boardwalks, foundations, superstructures and non structural elements like facades etc.
- Fibresteel Production and manufacture and delivery to support the precast and General Contracting divisions
- Prefabrication - Including Prefabrication of Cellate Precast units, Bathrooms units and the future research and development of prefabricated apartments and housing units in a factory environment.
- General Contracting - On Site Delivery and Construction Management of the commercial construction activities bringing together the Cellate Precast technology on site, Cellate Fiber Steel Concrete, Cellate Prefabricated Bathrooms and the use of specialised design consultants and subcontractors to complete the delivery of the projects.
